Qualifications

  • Excellent research and analytical abilities
  • Experience in project coordination and brand partnerships is an asset
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with current and potential clients to strengthen partnerships
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share insights, align on strategies, and support overall business development efforts
  • Brand Partnerships: Understand current industry and brand trends to identify unique opportunities for creators to partner with brand
  • Campaign Execution: Assist with campaign briefs, contract negotiations, and communication with both the brand and the client
  • Admin: Assist in keeping up-to-date meeting notes, client information, and email communication with brands and clients
  • Digital Media: Assist with the creation and generation of Pitch Decks, Media Kits, and Creator Brand Decks

Role Overview:

The Talent Coordinator will play a key role in securing brand partnerships and ensuring that projects run smoothly, working closely with our Talent Managers, Talent, and the Brands involved in each campaign. This position requires a charismatic and organized individual who is excited about the opportunity to network with some of the world's biggest brands and creators.

Key Responsibilities:
