Job summary

Fintel Connect in Vancouver, Canada seeks an Account Coordinator to join the Client Services team. You will manage and optimise a portfolio of affiliate partners, recruit new ones, and drive growth and market presence for fintech clients.

Role involves attending meetings, meeting deadlines, reporting, asset management, coordinating email campaigns, and delivering clear initiatives for internal and external activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Effective written and spoken communication in English. Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong writing and data analysis skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC and email marketing an asset
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to program strategies for managed clients and network clients
  • Build strategic relationships with affiliates to increase revenue
  • Recruit and activate affiliates to the network and for our clients, with a focus on delivering a volume of partners
  • Meet goals for the affiliate program (i.e. targets for affiliate sign‑ups, new accounts and transactions)
  • Respond to all affiliate queries within 24 hours of receiving
  • Monitor industry news, competitors, and affiliate websites daily to help stay on top of trends and changes
  • Increase affiliate traffic and conversions for assigned affiliate programs
  • Perform monthly ROI analysis on affiliate programs and commission deals
  • Share knowledge with teammates through support, training and sharing of experiences
  • Adhere to business unit requirements for reporting and updating
  • Demonstrate client relationship management and leadership skills internally and externally; creating an environment of trust and consultation
  • Demonstrate knowledge of tracking and expert system knowledge by testing and monitoring client systems and training
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of individual client’s needs, their businesses and objectives
  • Offer insight and guidance to troubleshoot and respond to client queries
  • Create and manage campaign assets as required
  • Ensure data has been imported correctly into the software by clients and do spot checks on commission calculations to ensure system accuracy
  • Monitor affiliate content and coverage as needed to ensure compliance with program terms

The Role:

As part of the Client Services team, you manage and optimise a portfolio of affiliate partners while recruiting new ones to drive growth and expand market presence.
