Account Coordinator, Client Solutions (Global Integrated/Experiential Marketing)

Location: Toronto, ON (Liberty Village)

Type: Full-Time [Hybrid, 2–3 days in office]

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and curious Account Coordinator to support our growing Experiential Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in helping to bring branded experiences to life — from live activations to immersive events — while learning the ins and outs of integrated marketing delivery.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about marketing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow in a client-facing role. You’ll be instrumental in keeping projects organized, documentation tight, and internal/external teams aligned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the Account Manager and broader team with day-to-day project coordination and task tracking

  • Help build client-facing decks, status reports, and project timelines

  • Coordinate internal meetings, capture action items, and help keep the team on track

  • Manage shared files, drive folders, and internal documentation

  • Liaise with vendors and production teams as needed for quote gathering, logistics, and approvals

  • Help track budgets, process invoices, and manage expense documentation

  • Attend events and activations to support on-site execution and troubleshooting

  • Jump in where needed — from brainstorms to creative reviews to pitch prep

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field (internships included)

  • Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Great communicator — you’re clear, proactive, and collaborative

  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment

  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace tools — especially Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Drive

  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team

  • Willingness to travel or work some evenings/weekends around major event dates
