About the position:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales cycle by providing continuous assistance to Account Managers. They will act as a liaison between customers and various departments within the organization to increase collaboration and improve efficiency.

What you will do:
- Actively work with account managers to develop new business and create growth with Univar’s current customer base
- Be a secondary point of contact for the customers to ensure requests are reviewed efficiently
- Support the account managers with daily requests pertaining to sample requests, pricing, ROGAs, material setup, non-conformances, and other tasks
- Assist the account managers with the customers’ Annual Reviews
- Work with internal staff to ensure Univar delivers exceptional customer service
- Price maintenance & price letters
- Work with the Technical Services team to provide technical documentation to customers
- Liaise with Product Management to share information with customers as necessary
- Other duties as required
What you will require:
- College diploma or University degree in a related program (chemistry, sales) and two (2) years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- A motivated, customer-focused team player with confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and multitask, dealing with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
