YOUR ROLE :

The Account Coordinator is an entry-level position for those pursuing a career in marketing and advertising. You will perform administrative tasks to support project delivery and client service, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. You will support daily account activities and collaborate with the account leadership team to ensure precise execution of client initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Assist the account leadership team in project execution.
  2. Provide administrative support to team members.
  3. Create and maintain project status reports, meeting notes, and other documents.
  4. Assist with special projects as needed.
  5. Coordinate and communicate project details.
  6. Support overall work management through defined processes.
  7. Interface with clients as appropriate.
  8. Report on trends affecting client businesses.
  9. Coordinate meeting logistics, including catering and technology setup.
  10. Help prepare for meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years in marketing/advertising.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, quick learner.
  • Team player with good rapport-building skills.
