Job description

As an Account Administrator you are responsible for greeting walk-in clients and callers in a friendly and courteous manner. You will build strong lasting relationships with our clients by demonstrating respect, professionalism and ethics in every encounter.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service
  • Answer telecommunications system and direct calls accordingly
  • Process client payments according to the needs of the Insurance Company and policies
  • Verify client documents for accuracy and follow up on any discrepancies
  • Process insurance policies and documents following Drayden's workflows
  • Follow up on outstanding matters with insurance companies
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
