Paradox Access Solutions in Alberta is seeking Access Matting Operators to join our team. You will load/unload mats, maintain equipment, and follow safety protocols while collaborating with peers on heavy equipment projects across the province.

Ideal candidates have matting experience, the ability to work independently, and a readiness for long shifts and travel. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating hoe and loader with access matting on heavy equipment.
• Valid First Aid, CSTS, PCST, H2S, Ground Disturbance and OSSA certifications.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Willingness to work long hours and out of town as required.
• Physically able to lift 50–80 lbs and perform demanding field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading mats from transport trucks.
• Laying/picking mats precisely and safely on sites.
• Oil, grease, and clean equipment daily.
• Use equipment correctly and effectively.
• Maintain a safe work site with team.
• Understand load and work limits of the equipment model.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and daily safety checks.
• Inform Supervisor of maintenance needs.
• Adapt to plan changes and schedule adjustments.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
