Summary of Duties :
Reporting to the Manager(s) or designate, the Access Coordinator, Homeless Prevention provides clients at risk for homelessness with focused customer service which includes determining eligibility for social services and affordable housing supports; connects clients with community services and partners to promote ongoing housing stability and life stabilization.
Qualifications :
Completion of a two-year Social Service Worker diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
One year of previous related work experience is required. Previous work experience in housing services is an asset.

Compensation & Other Information :
49,450 - $69,530 (Level 9)
This posting is for 1 temporary full-time up to 1 year position.
Current hours of Work : Monday - Friday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.
Work Arrangement : Hybrid. Subject to change in accordance with business requirements.
These hours of work are subject to change in accordance with the Collective Agreement and may include evening hours and Saturdays.
NOTE : Applicants may be required to complete a job related test.
