As a visionary leader and integral member of the senior leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Board of Directors by presenting key financial updates and strategic insights. This role is accountable for establishing and leading corporate financial strategies while driving operational excellence across key areas of the business. The successful candidate will bring experience in a senior financial leadership role that includes responsibility for accounting and administration functions, risk management and related processes. This experience could have been obtained in similar community and service-oriented industries such as telecommunications, a cooperative or potentially a community financial institution such as a credit union. Leading negotiations on behalf the organization, this executive will need to be solution-oriented and forward looking. Applicants should have proven executive leader skilled in achieving performance outcomes, empowering teams and aligning with community values and organizational goals.
