Job Summary

The College of New Caledonia invites applications for an instructor to teach as follows;
• Multi Level English: Fundamental, Basic Preparatory, Intermediate Preparatory, Advanced Preparatory, Provincial Preparatory.
• Multi level Math: Fundamental Preparatory, Basic Preparatory, Intermediate Algebraic, Trades Math, Advanced Foundations, Advanced Algebraic
• Multi level Computer Studies: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

We are looking for candidates who have teaching experience related to these subject areas.

Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
• A sensitive approach to a variety of adult student needs and cultural diversities;
• Provincial Instructors’ Diploma would be considered an asset;
• Applicants with High School and online teaching experience will be considered an asset

Hiring criteria shall include professional qualifications, professional experience, teaching experience, college contributions, community awareness and personal attributes as far as they are applicable to the job classification in question.

You will promote a positive work atmosphere and communicate in a professional manner that demonstrates mutual respect with students and colleagues.

Salary $73,879 - $87,659 Commensurates with qualifications and relevant experience
