University of Victoria is seeking an Undergraduate Academic Adviser in the School of Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education (EPHE). The role supports prospective, transfer and current undergraduates in program advising, course selection and degree completion for EPHE programs.

The Undergraduate Academic Adviser actively consults and collaborates with students and reviews academic transcripts to provide information, referrals and advice that support students’ planning and decision-making as it relates to their degree (i.e. admission through degree completion) and life choices. The incumbent responds to a broad range of queries from students, parents, faculty and staff, including in-person, telephone, videoconference, and email communication. The incumbent also facilitates administrative processes related to undergraduate student advising, assists with recruitment and retention, and is responsible for a large portfolio of related administration.
This position requires a bachelor's degree plus a minimum 2 years of relevant experience with student advising experience preferred.
