You will supervise Brand Reps and drive store performance through customer service and team success. The role requires a flexible schedule, with at least 12-16 hours of work weekly. Retail experience is preferred, along with strong customer focus and communication skills.

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
