Job summary

Kinetic Environmental Ltd. in Victoria, BC is hiring a Supervisor to lead site teams on ICI hazardous materials abatement and demolition projects. You will manage subtrades, liaise with clients, and drive project success through strong leadership and safety stewardship.

Wages range from $41.20 to $47.70 per hour, paid weekly, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) hazardous materials abatement and demolition as a Supervisor.
• Asbestos Level 3 Certification.
• Strong ability to lead a site crew of various sizes.

Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for a Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project, subtrades and liaising with the client. Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure the project is successful.

The wage for this position is $41.20 - $47.70 an hour and is based on relevant skills and experience. Wages are paid on a weekly basis.

Position Specifications

• 5+ years experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) hazardous materials abatement and demolition as a Supervisor
• Asbestos Level 3 Certification
• Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success
