Join our family of dedicated therapists committed to providing a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning. Sunny Days Sunshine Center is seeking dynamic professionals with a desire to invoke positive change in the lives of young children and their families.

We offer flexible schedules with afternoon, early evening, and/or weekend availability. We are hiring ABA and RBT therapists to work at any of our Outpatient Pediatric Centers located in Edison, Manalapan, West Windsor, and Brick, NJ to help out with our Social Skills Groups during the week after school, early evenings, and weekends, if available.

About Sunny Days Sunshine Center

The Sunny Days Sunshine Center offers children and their families a place for developmental services and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) therapy. A one-of-a-kind center designed to promote positive behavior, increase quality of life, and enable individuality, the Sunshine Center embraces children and their individual needs.

The Sunshine Center is dedicated to children of all ages experiencing challenges with learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties, and/or motor development delays.

The Sunny Days Sunshine Center provides both individual and group Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy sessions to children of all ages.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Implement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy.
  2. Use the basic principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
  3. Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.
  4. Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
  5. Create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual.
  6. Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress.
  7. Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.
  8. Implement programs designed by BCBA.

Job Requirements

  1. No experience necessary. We will train you! We also offer an RBT course at our Centers.
  2. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis field is preferred but not required.
  3. Experience working with children, especially those with autism & using ABA methodologies is preferred.
  4. Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.

Competitive rates, based on experience ($18-25/hr).
