Career path to $80,000 base salary via the BCBA certification pathway in 2 years!

The Basics Of This Opportunity
  • Total Annual Earning Potential: Up to $73,000 per year
  • Base Compensation: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and location
  • Bonus: Monthly/quarterly bonus opportunities, with potential to earn over $35,000 in your first three years
  • Benefits: Supervision hours, study support, training, 13 days off annually (including holidays and PTO), starting from Day 1
  • Onboarding: 60+ hours of training in clinical practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments, with ongoing support
  • Education & Mentorship: Monthly CEUs and an annual conference with leading researchers
  • Schedule: Mornings, mid-day, evenings (until 6:30pm most nights), with optional evening hours paid extra; no mandatory Saturday work
  • Work Environment: No contracts or non-compete agreements, flexible at-will employment

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve clinical problems
  • Support and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching
  • Ensure clinical prescriptions are followed, maintain accurate records, and deliver progress reports
  • Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties, adapt to challenges, and manage caseloads
  • Support staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and assist during urgent situations
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related field
  • Enrolled in or pursuing BCBA certification hours, preferred
  • At least one year of clinical program management experience under supervision
  • Pre-employment requirements: fingerprinting, TB test, physical exam, immunities to MMR/VZV (paid for by us)
