Job summary

Airbus Canada Limited Partnership is seeking a Structure Maintenance Program Analyst to join the Maintenance Engineering team in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). You will develop and optimize maintenance programs for airframe structures, EWIS and L/HIRF, using MSG-3 and in-service experience to ensure safe, reliable aircraft operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical or Aerospace required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Airlines or MRO in airframe design or maintenance.
• Knowledge of ATA chapters 32, 52, 53, 54, 55.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance concepts including EWIS and L/HIRF and navigability regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and update maintenance tasks using MSG-3 methodology.
• Identify and lead optimization of mandatory maintenance tasks from certification (Airworthiness limitations).
• Assess design developments or improvements to influence modifications and schedules.
• Consider in-service fleet issues and customer feedback to improve maintenance program.
• Coordinate with a 6-person team to scope, plan and execute activities on time.
• Develop, review and approve maintenance tasks on paper and on aircraft.
• Initiate processes and standalone projects to enhance the maintenance program.
• Prepare and present maintenance updates to customers and authorities for approval.
