Airbus in Mirabel, QC, Canada seeks a Customer Acceptance Manager to oversee CAD from pre-FAL through ToT. You will coordinate client presentations and ensure timely, high-quality acceptance activities, working as the primary technical liaison for the aircraft.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in aerospace industry.
• University degree in engineering or aircraft maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAL processes, customer acceptance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Customer Presentations Program from pre-FAL to TAC.
• Lead customer acceptance flights and conduct cabin inspections with the client.
• Serve as the customer focal point for addressing issues (answers, follow-up, closure).
• Identify and mitigate aircraft industrial risks and report major items up to the ADE.
• Maintain proactive, regular communication with customers and protect Airbus interests.
• Gather CSIP feedback and secure lessons learned with the MFT team.
• Obtain necessary information from ADE for task execution and planning.
• Travel as required for business and delivery milestones.
