Account Management / Client Administrator

Operating in a JIT (Just-In-Time) environment, this is a fast-paced role with a variety of responsibilities, interacting with a variety of contacts internally and externally. Join our team in account management and be responsible for order processing, procurement/supply chain management and project coordination. In this role, the individual will also participate as a member of our cross-functional quality team. The position contributes significantly to the development and maintenance of long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customer contacts
  • Process incoming orders and assist with new product launches
  • Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments
  • Procure and schedule raw material shipments
  • Assist with supply chain management
  • Participate in cross-functional quality team
  • Assist with documenting quality-related activities
  • Assist with non-conformance and corrective action reports
  • General administrative and filing responsibilities
Qualifications
  • College Diploma (such as Supply Chain Management) or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience preferred
  • Advanced critical thinking skills are required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Discreet and professional
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must already be qualified to work in Canada
