Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Press Operator for an 8-Color Flexographic printing press in Scarborough, ON. The role requires 3+ years of Flexographic printing experience, including press setup, colour registration, ink mixing, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Flexographic Press Operator experience.
• Experience in flexible packaging, plastics, film, or label printing.
• Strong knowledge of press setup, colour matching, and print registration.
• Ability to troubleshoot printing and press issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 8-Color Flexographic Printing Presses
• Mount plates, mix inks, and adjust colour registration
• Monitor print quality and troubleshoot press issues
• Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Maintain production efficiency and follow safety procedures
