Qualifications

• No formal education requirements.
• No prior manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to start immediately.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Good coordination and attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing and working for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and handle 10–30 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of physical production duties.
• Safely move and handle materials weighing approximately 10-30 lbs on a regular basis.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Stand and remain active for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and physical coordination when completing tasks.
• Take direction from supervisors.
• Perform other general duties as required.
