A leading company in Canada seeks a Change Manager to deliver organizational change management projects. This role requires Prosci/ADKAR Certification and experience in enterprise-wide change initiatives. The position is based onsite in Regina, requiring support for various business initiatives with a potential contract renewal depending on performance.
SaskEnergy Incorporated’s Digital, Technology & Security (DT&S) is comprised of four functional groups focused on Network and Infrastructure, Business Applications, Security, and Business Process and Analytics. All four groups work closely together to provide an efficient and reliable IT environment. DT&S supports and maintains the corporate information technology infrastructure at SaskEnergy and collaborates with Business groups across the organization to align people, processes, and technology.
The Business Process and Analytics group leads and facilitates technological innovation, working with business leaders to transform ideas into viable solutions. It includes the departments of Analytics, Business Process, and Enterprise Information Management. The Business Process team offers expertise in business process and analysis services, supporting projects and operational improvements to achieve organizational goals.
SaskEnergy has adopted the Prosci/ADKAR methodology for Organizational Change Management (OCM). Recognizing the importance of OCM to project success, SaskEnergy seeks to onboard a Change Manager to deliver on select business initiatives and IT projects.
Formal training in Change Management with Prosci/ADKAR Certification is preferred, along with experience in delivering enterprise-wide OCM projects. Candidates should provide examples of their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables in previous initiatives, highlighting how their expertise can add value and contribute to project success.
The Organizational Change Manager will support change efforts by creating and delivering OCM work products aligned with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology. Responsibilities include preparing for change, maintaining project documentation, facilitating stakeholder discussions, developing OCM deliverables such as change management strategies, communication, training, and resistance management plans, conducting readiness assessments, and collaborating with team members.
The ideal candidate should possess the skills outlined in Appendix C – Supplementary Specifications. North American experience is an asset. Proponents are encouraged to detail how their expertise can enhance project outcomes.
The preferred start date is as soon as possible. The initial contract will conclude on March 31, 2024, with potential renewal for up to three additional one-year terms, subject to SaskEnergy’s evaluation and agreement terms.
The resource must work onsite at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, SK, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The hourly rate should be inclusive of all travel and living costs. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.
