Fuze HR Solutions in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a Senior 5-Axis CNC Machinist for a full-time, day-shift role in a precision component environment. The ideal candidate will program, set up and operate advanced 5-axis CNC milling equipment with meticulous attention to tolerances and process quality.

You will work with Fanuc and/or Haas controls, Mastercam software, read drawings and GD&T, and contribute to continuous improvement in a clean, low-turnover shop committed to long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CNC machining in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong 5-axis milling expertise.
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Haas controls.
• Proficient in Mastercam.
• Ability to program, set up, and run jobs end-to-end.
• Solid GD&T knowledge.
• Previous jobbing shop experience is an asset.

Full-Time | Permanent | DAY Shift

Pay Range: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Premium: 5% of hourly rate
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week

• Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Previous jobbing shop experience is an asset
• Formal CNC training, certification, or apprenticeship is an asset
