Role Overview: We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our product and engineering team. You will play a key role in building and scaling our DEI analytics platform—developing secure, performant, and data-rich applications that elevate how organizations track inclusion, comply with regulation, and drive cultural change.

Responsibilities
  • Design & Develop Core Platform Features: Build interactive dashboards, analytics tools, and user interfaces that showcase DEI metrics, benchmarks, and recommendations—leveraging AI, NLP, and secure data pipelines.
  • Ensure Data Privacy & Compliance: Engineer systems with enterprise-grade security, GDPR compliance, anonymity, MFA/2FA, and seamless HRIS integrations.
  • Scale & Performance Optimization: Optimize for high response rates (up to 80%) and global scalability across surveys, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Data Science, Product, and Design teams to translate DEI intelligence into intuitive user experiences and actionable insights.
  • Maintain Reliability & Quality: Implement robust unit tests, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and observability to ensure a high-quality, maintainable codebase.
Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering with proficiency in full-stack development (React, Vue, or Angular; Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • Strong aptitude for building analytics dashboards and API integrations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of data privacy, anonymization, and security best practices.
  • Effective collaboration with designers, product managers, and analysts.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, HR, or enterprise analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML services, NLP, or recommendation systems.
  • Knowledge of DEI, HRIS, compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1, Bill C-25, ILPA), or inclusion frameworks.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or experience working in fast-moving startup cultures.
