As a Design Selling Leader, you will:

  • Collaborate with Managers and Designers to meet goals and improve performance
  • Manage, develop, and motivate a team of design associates, maintaining high customer contact
  • Oversee design projects, customer relationships, sales, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Lead the design process, review, and provide feedback on projects, utilizing creative and technical skills in color and space planning
  • Practice residential interior design professionally
  • Train and coach team members in design, product knowledge, sales, and customer service

Position Requirements:

  • Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Interior Design degree or professional portfolio is a plus

Compensation:

Starting salary ranges from $_ _k - $_ _ k, based on experience. Additional monthly incentives are based on sales performance.
