Qualifications

• Registered 3rd Year Apprenticeship in Automotive Technician
• Dealership experience is an asset
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Team-oriented, coachable and professional
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical systems, drivability)
• Identifies root cause issues without unnecessary parts changes
• Confident performing complex repairs with minimal supervision
• Maintains high first-time fix accuracy
• Efficient time management in a fast-paced shop environment
• Performs thorough inspections and identifies service opportunities
• Clear documentation and communication with advisors
• Supports gross profit and CSI goals
• Keeps work area organized for smooth vehicle flow
• Team player and reliable ownership of repair orders
• Experience with advanced diagnostics and strong electrical background
• OEM certifications or brand experience preferred

• Works with urgency while upholding quality and safety standards
• High productivity with efficient time management in a fast-paced environment
• Performs thorough inspections; consistently identifies additional service opportunities
• Provides clear, detailed documentation and communicates effectively with advisors
• Understands impact on gross profit and CSI; actively supports both
• Keeps work area organized and ensures steady vehicle flow with minimal downtime
• Team-oriented; supports fellow technicians and contributes to overall shop performance
• Reliable and accountable; takes ownership of every repair order (RO)
• Experienced in advanced diagnostics with a strong electrical background
• OEM certifications or brand-specific experience preferred (not required)
