With the leadership and support of the Senior Director 3 rd Party Logistics, and in close partnership with our regional fulfilment leadership teams, the Manager owns the relationships with our 3rd party partners and effectively builds capabilities with our outsourced distribution center partners to maximize results and to ensure our partners operate within agreed SLA’s and budget. At the same time the 3rd party distribution manager brings learnings from our global partners back into our organization (and vice versa) and drives synergies between and across our global partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting internal and external capabilities and will act as the first go-to person for our 3PL Distribution partners.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from$103,500-135,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
