Key Responsibilities

• Proper preparation and presentation of food, adhering to food safety standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management and placing orders
• Perform all duties safely and responsibly
• Adhere to departmental quality standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring

• A secondary school diploma or at least one year of related work experience
• Safe food handling certification and knife skills
• Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
• Proven high level of customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and humid environments
