Job summary

Techso is seeking a 3DEXPERIENCE DevOps Specialist to deploy, administer, and optimize 3DEXPERIENCE platforms for clients across Canada. You will handle infrastructure, automation, and incident resolution in collaboration with PLM teams and customers.

You should bring hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE architecture, Linux/Windows, and IaC tooling, and be comfortable working in a bilingual, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or systems administration.
• 3+ years of PLM platform administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE architecture and services.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting.
• Bilingual in French and English; professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, migrate, and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE environments with PLM teams.
• Monitor environments, analyze alerts, and resolve incidents across infra, apps, and deployments.
• Support deployments of 3DEXPERIENCE customizations and root cause analysis.

Techso is looking for a 3DEXPERIENCE DevOps Specialist to contribute to technology projects for clients across Canada.

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, administering, and maintaining 3DEXPERIENCE platforms to ensure their operational reliability. You will work across both the underlying infrastructure and application environments to ensure platform availability, performance, and stability. You will also contribute to operational automation and technical incident resolution, working closely with PLM teams and clients.

What You'll Do

• Deploy, configure, migrate, and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE environments in collaboration with PLM teams and clients;
• Monitor environments, analyze alerts and error logs, identify root causes, and resolve technical incidents related to systems, networks, databases, or 3DEXPERIENCE deployments;
• Support the deployment of 3DEXPERIENCE customizations and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, regressions, or deployment blockers;
• Administer and optimize the underlying infrastructure (Linux, Windows, cloud, virtualization) to ensure platform availability and performance;
• Automate deployments, configurations, and updates using DevOps tools (Ansible, Git, Bash/PowerShell scripts);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical infrastructure and the optimization of application performance;
• Create and maintain technical documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions;
• Ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with quality and security requirements and agreed-upon timelines.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• At least 3 years of experience in PLM platform administration;
• Strong knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE architecture and services, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, databases, application servers, and integrations;
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze complex logs, interpret monitoring alerts, and diagnose end-to-end issues across infrastructure, networks, applications, and deployments;
• Proficiency in Linux environments (Oracle Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server;
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Ansible, Terraform, Bash/PowerShell scripts);
• The ability to work effectively in demanding and constantly evolving operational environments;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and a solution-focused approach;
• The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, application log analysis);
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and their integration with PLM platforms;
• Experience in cloud security and Identity and Access Management (IAM);
• Experience in consulting or multi-site environments;
• Experience designing or delivering technical training sessions.
