Job summary

Techso is seeking a PLM Functional Analyst to support clients in defining, analyzing, and deploying digital PLM solutions across Canada and internationally. You will be a true business partner, interpreting client needs, proposing practical solutions, and guiding digital transformation of engineering processes.

You will collaborate with Dassault Systèmes tools, participate in PLM implementations, and contribute to large-scale projects in manufacturing and aerospace, with a hybrid work model and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or related field.
• Internship or co-op in aerospace with interest in PLM/Industry 4.0.
• Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes tools: 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA.
• Strong 3D CAD modeling skills using CATIA or Siemens NX.
• Ability to communicate in French and English; willing to international mobility.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document client functional requirements.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for PLM solutions.
• Participate in UAT planning and execution.
• Support users through change management and training.
• Provide functional support during deployment and post go-live.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with technical teams.
• Contribute to tailoring PLM solutions to client business needs.
• Engage in large-scale projects across manufacturing and aerospace.

What You Will Do

Depending on your assigned projects, your responsibilities may include:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting clients' functional requirements;
• Preparing detailed functional specifications;
• Participating in the definition and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Supporting users through change management and providing the necessary training;
• Providing functional support during deployment and after go-live;
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project;
• Working closely with technical teams and participating in engineering support activities;
• Contributing to the implementation of PLM solutions tailored to our clients' business needs;
• Participating in large-scale projects in the manufacturing and aerospace industries.

The Profile We Are Looking For

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field;
• Initial internship or co-op experience in the aerospace industry, along with a strong interest in PLM and Industry 4.0;
• Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes tools, such as 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, or DELMIA;
• Strong 3D modeling skills using CAD tools, particularly CATIA or Siemens NX;
• The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in Quebec, across Canada, and internationally;
• An openness to international mobility for assignments ranging from 6 to 24 months;
• The ability to work on projects that may require security clearance or defense-related clearance;
• A strong team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a constantly evolving technological environment.

Assets

• Experience with Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions;
• Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing processes;
• Experience in client relations, functional analysis, or process improvement;
• Experience in change management or user training;
• Previous international experience.

You do not need to have worked as a Functional Analyst before. Above all, we are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to apply their engineering expertise in a digital transformation environment.
