Job summary

Vihang Ahead is seeking a creative and technically skilled Interior & Exterior 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality 3D views, renders, and walkthroughs for residential, commercial, and real estate projects. You will interpret architectural drawings and translate concepts into realistic presentations.

The role involves developing interior and exterior visuals, coordinating with architects and designers, and delivering presentation-ready renders within timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create 3D interior and exterior visualizations.
• Proficient with 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, Enscape and Photoshop.
• Solid grasp of architectural drawings and design concepts.
• Strong lighting, textures, furniture, landscaping, and composition.
• Ability to produce presentation-ready renders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D interior and exterior views per architectural requirements.
• Prepare photorealistic renders, elevations, walkthroughs, and presentation views.
• Develop interior views for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, lobbies, amenities, etc.
• Work on lighting, materials, textures, furniture, landscaping, and finishes.
• Understand AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams for design requirements.
• Make modifications and revisions based on management/client feedback.
• Prepare high-quality presentations for project marketing and management review.
• Maintain organized 3D models, textures, and project files.
