Tetra Tech is adding a 3D Modeler to our Track Assessment Services team based in Edmonton, AB .

Your Role:

  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Additional duties as required.
  • Work closely in collaboration with our fabrication and engineering design team to provide conceptual, preliminary, and detailed 3D models.
  • Meeting schedules and deliverables to execute high quality designs and production drawings on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Engineering Design and Drafting Technology, or equivalent from an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in preparing 3D models and related production drawings of electrical component enclosures and systems.
  • Strong SolidWorks experience to produce complex models.
  • Experience in applying design principles to construction and fabrication environment.
  • Possess a strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with staff in a team environment.
