About the Role

The Retail Director will lead the company’s retail expansion and oversee day-to-day store operations across multiple locations. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all retail touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team while continuously optimizing the retail experience in alignment with the brand’s values and growth goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute retail strategy across all store locations
  • Define and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Oversee daily retail operations including store layout, visual merchandising, and inventory management
  • Hire, train, and mentor store managers and retail team members
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and consistent brand experience
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance to align retail performance with company objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, ideally at the director level
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-location retail operations
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis
  • Experience in team-building, mentoring, and operational scaling
