Job Summary

CMI is looking for a new employee to join our Maintenance Team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company trucks, trailers, cranes, skid steers, and forklifts to ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain company trucks/trailers
  • Perform preventative maintenance and CVI inspections on trucks/trailers
  • Perform scheduled repairs on trucks/trailers
  • Ensure running repairs are performed on trucks/trailers as per pre/post inspections
  • Repair forklifts, skid steers, and cranes where possible
  • Complete all required paperwork as per legislative requirements
  • Maintain inventory of parts and order as required
  • Support drivers and machine/equipment operators with technical knowledge

Qualifications

  • 310 Truck and Coach Technician Certification
  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to perform in all types of weather
  • Ability to perform physically demanding jobs
