MAINT - 310T Truck and Coach Technician

Miller Waste Systems Inc. has been in operation since 1961. Miller is a leader in waste management, providing services across Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Manitoba. With over 50 years of experience, Miller operates out of 30 locations.

Miller Waste is currently seeking to add safe and talented 310T Technician to our growing team at our London, Ontario location. We are dedicated to providing a safe and positive workplace for all employees.

Shift: Afternoons, Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM; Fridays 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
  • Adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Service and repair of all company vehicles to ministry standards.
  • Repair and road test equipment, including hydraulics and electrical systems, as well as shop maintenance.
  • Conduct vehicle maintenance following MWS policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records and files for vehicle maintenance.
  • Conduct on-road service calls as required.
  • Support other technicians as requested.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician’s License and a minimum G class driver’s license.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a team environment.
  • Strong prioritization, planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess problems, identify issues, and suggest solutions that meet standards.
