Job Description:

We are seeking an individual with 310T certification and knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle repairs and operations to serve as an Enforcement Auditor in our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre located in Markham, Ontario. Enforcement Auditors act as Vehicle Inspection Centre Auditors and experts on NSC11B diagnostics and repairs.

You will be responsible for conducting audits and assisting with program policy interpretation. Our team has over 20 years of experience supporting the public, vehicle owners, operators, and inspection centres across North America.

Reporting to the Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Act as an expert for NSC11B and SSC standards in vehicle inspections.
  2. Support Vehicle Inspection Centres and Technicians.
  3. Conduct and document audits of Safety and Emissions Inspection data.
  4. Analyze documentation and reports.
  5. Handle program inquiries via calls, emails, chats, and video calls.
  6. Ensure quality and compliance during scheduled audits.
  7. Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures and user guides.
  8. Perform quality testing on new or updated technology.
  9. Address complex issues and liaise with departments to resolve concerns.
  10. Manage performance indicators and meet response time targets.
  11. Maintain service levels and work independently or as part of a team.
  12. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. 310T Certification.
  2. At least 3 years of practical experience in automotive service or advising roles.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and empathy.
  7. Capable of multitasking and adapting quickly to new procedures.
  8. Strong analytical and mechanical/technical aptitude is advantageous.
  9. Willing to work a 40-hour week with shifts from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and weekends (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
  10. Hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote).
  11. Flexible to work on Canadian holidays and remotely.
