310T MECHANIC (FT) - (Must have a valid Canadian work permit)

All-Equip is a family-owned trailer manufacturing, fabrication, and repair company located in St. Mary’s, Ontario, and Stratford, Ontario. Founded in 2011, All Equip has become a leader in Feed & Grain trailers for the Agriculture Industry. As a supplier of quality products and exceptional customer service, it’s our dedicated and hard-working people who have made our organization what it is today.

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for two 310T Mechanics; one for our St. Mary's, Ontario shop, and one for our Stratford, ON shop.

Duties Will Include

• Perform maintenance on heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors.
• Update and maintain work orders, both paper and computerized.
• Perform inspections, diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and general repairs.
• Conduct housekeeping duties.
• Other shop duties and maintenance as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed 310T mechanic.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Dedicated and reliable.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Team player and independent worker.
• Willing to work extra hours if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, multitasking, and time management.
