310T MECHANIC (FT) - (Must have a valid Canadian work permit)

All-Equip is a family-owned trailer Manufacturing, Fabrication and Repair company located in St. Mary’s, Ontario and Stratford, Ontario. Founded in 2011, All Equip has become a leader of Feed & Grain trailers for the Agriculture Industry. As a supplier of quality products and exceptional customer service, it’s our dedicated and hard-working people who have made our organization what it is today.

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for two 310T Mechanics; one for our St. Mary's, Ontario shop, and one for our Stratford, ON shop.

Duties will include:

1. Perform maintenance on heavy trucks, trailers and tractors.
2. Update and maintain work orders, paper and computerized.
3. Perform inspections, diagnostic tests, troubleshooting and general repairs.
4. Conduct housekeeping duties.
5. Other shop duties and maintenance as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Licensed 310T.
2. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
3. Must be dedicated and reliable.
4. Must be able to function well in a physically demanding environment.
5. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
6. Able to work extra hours if required.
7. Valid driver's license and means of reliable transportation to and from work.
8. Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multitasking, use of timelines and time management techniques.
