All-Equip Repair & Service in Canada is seeking a 310T Apprentice to support the repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors in a hands‑on manufacturing setting. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs while learning from experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Currently living in Canada.
• 310T Apprentice.
• Dedicated and reliable.
• Able to function well in a physically demanding environment.
• Willing to work extra hours when required (customers depend on their trucks being back on the road).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational abilities — prioritization, multitasking, timelines, and time management.
• Able to set personal timelines and self‑manage work to stay on schedule.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors.
• Update and maintain work orders — paper and computerized.
• Perform inspections, diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and general repairs.
• Maintain an orderly and clean shop.
• Support additional shop duties and maintenance as assigned.
