Job summary

Rafih Auto Group in London, Ontario is seeking a 310S Licensed Automotive Technician to perform diagnostic procedures and accurate repairs on customer vehicles at our London, ON location.

You will work under the Service Manager, maintaining high standards, completing repair orders, and participating in manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current with product updates and recalls.

Qualifications

• 310S license required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy items and to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnoses causes of malfunctions and performs repairs.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Communicates with service advisor if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order including diagnostic trouble codes and cause and correction.
• Road tests vehicles when required and references job aid forms to qualify complaint.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
• Reviews manufacturer recalls and ensures steps are followed per guidelines.

The Service Technician, under the direction of the Service Manager, will primarily be responsible for conducting diagnostic procedures to determine vehicle maintenance requirements and providing accurate repairs for our customers vehicles. Located on Wharncliffe Road South, Jaguar London is the region's dedicated home for iconic British engineering, performance, and modern design.
