Job summary

Kal Tire is seeking a registered 310S Automotive Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across a wide range of vehicles at our Nepean, ON location. This full-time, permanent role focuses on high-quality service and safety standards.

As part of a collaborative team, you will diagnose, repair, and service brake systems, suspensions, engines, and other components while mentoring apprentices and contributing to a learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with brakes, suspensions, and wheel alignments.
• Experience with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing and repairs across various vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment.
• Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
• Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.
