Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in South Mountain, ON, for a 310T or 310J Licensed Mechanic at Duncan Trailer Service. As a licensed technician, your responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting inspections, performing repairs and replacements, and ensuring the safety and functionality of trailers. You will collaborate with our team and adhere to industry standards and regulations to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical expertise in trailer systems including brakes, suspensions, electrical, and hydraulics
• Experience with inspections, diagnosing issues, and repairs
• Valid 310T or 310J license in good standing
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license
• Welding and fabrication experience is an asset
