Access Property Development is a national Construction Management Company that is specialized solely in building storage due to the great need for a specialist in the growing self storage. In fact, we are one of very few companies in the Canada that offers construction, renovation and maintenance to keep self storage facilities operating.

Currently, the company manages renovation and maintenance over hundred properties throughout Canada, and are currently seeking an Electrician!

Responsibilities:

• Reads, understand and executes drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specifications
• Installs, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring, conduit/cable equipment, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power tools
• Inspect and troubleshoots electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
• Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices
• Test for malfunctions and verify repairs
• Documentation of all programming changes is a core competency.
• Follow building regulations
• Familiar with fire alarm system would be as an asset.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Journeyman with 309A Electrical License holder
• Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
