Access Property Development is a national Construction Management Company specializing in building storage facilities, addressing the growing demand for self-storage solutions. We are among the few companies in Canada offering comprehensive construction, renovation, and maintenance services for self-storage facilities.

Currently, we manage renovations and maintenance across over a hundred properties nationwide and are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and execute drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specifications.
• Install, repair, or replace electrical wiring, conduit, cables, equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Identify electrical problems using testing devices and verify repairs.
• Document all programming changes accurately.
• Follow building regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems is an asset.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman with 309A Electrical License.
• Previous experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Proficiency with electrical equipment and hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
