Job Title

306A Licensed Plumber

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform complex customer support including service, installation, modification, and repair of commercial and residential buildings/fixtures.
• Provide quotes for plumbing supply and installation for new and existing build sites.
• Offer preventative maintenance and educate customers on plumbing care.
• Respond to customer inquiries and take corrective actions.
• Provide water treatment solutions for various water conditioning issues.
• Maintain professional contact with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory project completion.

What You Bring to The Table

• 5+ years as a certified plumbing professional.
• Valid G license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical jargon in layman’s terms.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and Ontario laws related to plumbing.
