Description

Our client is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Senior Product Manager. This role involves balancing customer advocacy with pragmatic business and technology decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail business, a proven record of delivering customer-centric results, and the ability to build trusted relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize capabilities based on business cases and securing alignment from steering groups and executives.
• Measure the success of initiatives to ensure business value and optimal use of capabilities.
• Support systems and capabilities by addressing defect fixes, support issues, and efficiency drains through backlog management for ongoing optimization.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders via information sharing, listening sessions, training, documentation, and strategic presentations.
• Act as a system SME, understanding stakeholder use and providing vision and support to maximize capabilities.
• Maintain an agile backlog, defining requirements, building stories, and conducting user acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with partners, navigate decision-making processes, and influence product strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and products in the omni-channel landscape, translating research into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in digital eCommerce, preferably in post-purchase journey including customer communications platforms
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and backlog management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Track record of launching and managing platform products from concept to market
