3 Executive Legal Business Assistants for Global Law Firm

Our client, one of Canada's leading business law firms, is searching for 3 experienced Executive Legal Business Assistants to proactively and independently manage the practice of one of their top Partners in various areas of law. Due to retirements, these roles require an excellent multi-tasker with high-level administrative and communication skills.

Salary range: 75-87k Plus Bonus. Hybrid Work Model.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the LP’s Inbox and Calendar, including monitoring emails, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating attendees.
  2. Serve as the point of contact with clients and internal/external stakeholders, providing assistance and information as needed.
  3. Perform client account management, including ensuring timely submission of charges, reviewing prebills, preparing invoices, verifying fees, and addressing billing inquiries.
  4. Coordinate logistics for external client functions and travel arrangements, ensuring travel documents are in order.
  5. Support and coordinate client development activities.
Qualifications:

Completion of a Community College Office or Business Administration program plus a minimum of 8 years' experience supporting a Senior Partner in a large law firm. Extensive background checks will be conducted at the offer stage.
