Job summary

Rockit Motors in Brockville is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Team Member to safely manufacture, assemble, and refurbish motor coils and related traction motor components. You will follow standardized processes, maintain attention to detail, and support consistent production output.

Reporting to the supervisor, you will work Monday to Friday, 2nd shift 4pm–12:30am, and contribute to quality, productivity, safety, and attendance goals through teamwork and adherence to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Quality standard: 98% of assembled units meet QC standards with no rework.
• Productivity: complete tasks within or ahead of standard cycle times while maintaining quality.
• Safety: maintain a 100% safety record with no incidents or violations.
• Attendance: maintain 98% on-time attendance with no unexcused absences.

Description

Mission: To safely and efficiently manufacture, assemble, and refurbish motor coils and related traction motor components that meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. The Production Worker follows standardized processes, maintains attention to detail, and supports consistent production output. Through teamwork and adherence to safety and quality procedures, this role helps ensure reliable products and on-time delivery to customers.
