An established industry player is seeking a dedicated 2nd Cook for a remote lodge near Thunder Bay. ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services are hiring for 2nd Cooks for a remote lodge near Thunder Bay, Ontario. The 2nd Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitization procedures. The 2nd Cook should safely handle knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc. 2nd Cooks are responsible for salads, sandwiches, cutting fruits, and vegetables.
