Service Location
Our services must be performed on property that you either own or have permission from the owner to use for light vehicle work.
Terms of Service
I confirm I have read and agree to the following terms:
- Onsite Representative: You or a representative must be onsite at the time of service to meet our technician and review the services being performed.
- Vehicle Location: Vehicle must be parked on level ground with 2 metres (6 feet) of working space on each side. Our service van must be within 15 metres (50 feet) of your vehicle and require 2.8 metres (9 feet, 2 inches) of vertical clearance.
- Permission to Use Property: All work is to be performed on private property. For commercial or strata complexes, permission must be obtained.
- Customer Supplied Tires/Wheels: Tires or wheels should be placed within 3 metres (10 feet) of the vehicle for easy access.
- Wheel Locks: If your vehicle has a wheel lock, please place it in the cupholder or center console.
- Working Conditions: The work area must be clear of debris, ice, and snow. Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
- Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling after 8:00 am on the day of service, or if the vehicle or representative is not present within 15 minutes of the technician's arrival, will incur a $189 fee.
If mobile services are unavailable in your location, please try another address or opt for an in-store appointment.
