Steele Subaru is on the lookout for 2nd & 3rd Year Apprentice Technicians ready to shift their careers into high gear! As an Apprentice Technician with Steele Subaru, you'll be joining a team of highly skilled professionals who are committed to delivering top-tier service — from routine maintenance to complex repairs — all while mentoring the next generation of automotive talent. Guarantee: To support stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours

Ideal candidates will be well-organized, hardworking, and self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work. Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract is required, as you'll be moving vehicles in and out of the shop. If you're eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a supportive team, we want to hear from you!

Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
